Managed couple access is event-scoped and revocable. Recordings may be retained for up to 180 days under the Golden Touch Memories retention policy.

Is this a photo booth?
No. Golden Touch Memories is designed for personal video messages rather than printed or social photo content.
Can guests use it in Arabic?
Yes. The guest experience supports Arabic and English.
Are the videos public?
No public gallery is part of the launch experience. Approved media is delivered through a private, event-scoped couple portal.
Does every video appear automatically?
No. Golden Touch staff moderation is mandatory before media becomes visible to the couple.
Can we download the videos?
Individual downloads are available when enabled for the couple's portal access.
How long is couple access available?
For newly managed couple access, the delivery window is up to 90 elapsed days after the event first reaches Ended.
Do you cover weddings outside Dubai?
Yes. Golden Touch Memories is available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Dubai delivery is included; transport outside Dubai is quoted based on the venue location.
