A design and production quotation is different from the cost of the whole trip and celebration. Venue hire, food and beverage, accommodation, travel and guest transport may be separate. We clarify our scope so you can compare options fairly.

Can we start before travelling to Dubai?
Yes. The first conversation and design reviews can take place remotely. We discuss any in-person visits around your plans.
Can you work with a hotel we have already booked?
Yes. We review its layout, access, timings and technical rules before confirming the production scope.
Can you accommodate our traditions and family requirements?
We discuss the programme, privacy and traditions at the start. Any specialist cultural services are confirmed individually in the written scope.
Are flights, accommodation and legal marriage arrangements included?
They are not assumed to be included. Our core scope is wedding planning, design and production; additional arrangements need separate confirmation.
