Luxury wedding planning in Dubai, designed and produced as one.
Golden Touch plans, designs and produces Dubai weddings through one team — from the first venue decision to the final cue on the wedding night.
One connected team
A wedding plan that already knows how it will be built.
A Dubai wedding brings together the venue, guest experience, design, suppliers and technical production. When those parts are planned separately, decisions collide later. We connect them from the beginning.
Golden Touch brings planning, creative direction and in-house production into one workflow. The room layout informs the design; the design informs fabrication and lighting; the programme informs sound, entrances and technical cues. The result is a celebration that feels considered rather than assembled.

Our process
From an empty room to the wedding night.
Understand the celebration
We begin with your date, venue or shortlist, guest count, priorities, traditions and the atmosphere you want to create.
Plan the room
We study the venue, circulation, stage and kosha position, dance floor, tables, production access and technical limits.
Develop the design
The visual direction, florals, materials, lighting and key moments are developed as one environment.
Produce & coordinate
Fabrication and technical production move alongside supplier coordination and the final event schedule.
Build & run the day
Our team manages installation and the production flow so the plan carries through to the live celebration.
Design + production
Why in-house production changes the planning process.
A design is only successful if it works in the real room. Because our production team is involved while the wedding is being designed, we can consider dimensions, access, structures, lighting, sound and installation before they become last-minute problems.
That connection is especially useful for weddings with custom koshas, stages, catwalks, dance floors, hanging elements or substantial lighting. Creative decisions can be checked against the venue and the build as the concept develops.
Budget
What changes the cost of a wedding in Dubai.
There is no useful single price for a Dubai wedding because the production brief can change dramatically from one celebration to another. Guest count matters, but so do the venue, room size, floral direction, custom fabrication, lighting, AV, furniture, ceiling work, entertainment requirements and the time available for installation.
We prefer to understand the priorities first, then shape the scope around them. That makes the budget a design and production decision rather than a generic package that may not fit the room or the wedding.
Wedding planning in Dubai — common questions
How far ahead should we start planning a Dubai wedding?
For a large wedding, starting around nine to twelve months ahead gives more room for venue choice, design development and supplier coordination. Shorter timelines can still be possible depending on the venue, date and production scope.
Can Golden Touch work with a venue we have already booked?
Yes. We can begin from your confirmed venue by reviewing the room, access, timings and technical requirements before developing the design and production plan.
Do you handle both wedding planning and production?
Yes. Planning and creative direction can be connected directly to our in-house production for staging, fabrication, lighting, sound, structures and installation.
Can you plan an Arabic or women-only wedding in Dubai?
Yes. Privacy, guest flow, entrances and supplier arrangements can be planned around the family's requirements, including women-only celebrations.
What affects the wedding budget most?
The venue and room scale, guest count, floral scope, custom fabrication, stage and kosha design, lighting, AV, furniture, ceiling treatments and installation requirements can all materially change the production budget.
Do you offer decoration without full wedding planning?
Yes. Depending on the brief, we can provide design, decoration or production as a focused scope rather than full planning.
