Who we are

This website is operated by Golden Touch Event Management FZE, an event management company based in the United Arab Emirates (“Golden Touch”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to enter in our inquiry form: your name, your email address or phone number, and event type; and — if you provide them — your event date, city or venue, estimated number of guests, country of residence, budget with its currency and scope, planning support needed and your message. We also record the language version, whether the inquiry came from the main website or Memories, and the time of your submission.

We do not ask for payment details or identity documents through this website.

How we use it

We use your information to read and reply to your inquiry, to discuss and plan your event with you, and to keep a record of our correspondence.

We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it on our behalf

Inquiries are delivered to our team by email through Resend, an email delivery service that processes the message on our behalf in order to deliver it. Resend may process data outside the United Arab Emirates.

Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical request information — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — in server logs, to operate and secure the site.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence only for as long as we need it to respond to you, to plan and deliver any event that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable UAE law. To make a request, contact us through the inquiry page and tell us what you would like us to do.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. The website is designed to be served over HTTPS so that submissions are encrypted in transit.
