Hotel ballrooms and event venues in Dubai each have their own rigging limits, power supplies, load-in windows and sound restrictions. We survey the site and confirm these details before fabrication starts, so the design is built for the room it will stand in.
Large structures are fabricated in sections sized to the venue's access routes, then assembled and finished on site.

How long does a wedding production take to install?
It depends on the scale and the venue's load-in window. A styled ballroom may be installed within the event day; a full stage, ceiling and lighting build can need a day or more beforehand.
Do you provide production only, without full planning?
Yes. We can deliver production for a design you already have, after reviewing drawings and the venue's technical details.
Who operates lighting and sound on the night?
Our production team operates the systems we install, following the programme agreed for the evening.
